BlockShark is not an anonymous PFP or just an NFT project. It is described as a saga and a chronicle. It is an emerging global crypto-intelligence platform built on the principles of radical honesty and transparency. The vision is to take BlockShark from the confines of Germany to the open sea (El Salvador). The project is supported by a council of 300 founders and a tribe of 30,000 members.
The Council of 300 is the starting point of the project and forms the exclusive circle of founders who set the course and participate in decision-making. It consists of a maximum of 300 founder seats, which are soulbound, non-transferable, and bound forever. These members support the founder on their journey and are known as the eternal chroniclers. The Council is the precursor to the complete DAO structure.
Council members benefit from six clear advantages that are fair, direct, and designed for long-term success:
1. Lifetime Access: Access never ends; Founders remain Founders without an expiration date.
2. Founder’s Seat: The seat is non-transferable and permanently assigned to the Council.
3. Participation Compensation & Treasury Management: Access to Treasury Benefits according to established rules and with full transparency.
4. Voting Rights: Voting rights within the Council.
5. Exclusive Founder Discord: A secure, private Discord server.
6. Grand Founder Summit: An invitation to the Founder Summit in El Salvador for meaningful networking. Additionally, each Founder receives two tradable NFTs via airdrop.
The Council of 300 is the founding council (300 seats) that sets the course and exercises governance power. The Shark Tribe is the giga-community (30,000 Soulbound avatars) that forms the basis for DAO growth. While the Council is elitist, the Tribe is inclusive and serves to establish a sense of identity. Tribe members can contribute their strengths to the “SharkWork Hub” platform (a marketplace for skills, similar to a DAO’s Fiverr).
The price for a founder’s seat in the Mint program is 0.2 ETH. There are a maximum of 300 founder seats. To become part of the council, you must apply using a short form. The team will get back to you promptly.
Blockshark adheres to the principles of radical honesty and transparency. It is not an anonymous project. The founder, Sandro Walter Saar, is a real person and promises 100% transparency. The founder community sees everything, including documents, finances, and travel history.
The journey is divided into 6 focused stages:
• Phase 1 (0–3 months): Council of 300 Mint and treasury security in Germany (gray mode).
• Phase 2 (3–9 months): Transition to the Swiss structure in Zug (safe haven, DAO-compatible governance).
• Phase 3 (9–15 months): Release of the swarm (30,000 Shark Tribe NFTs).
• Phase 4 (18+ months): DAO treasury & governance power, expansion with on-chain voting.
• Phase 5 (24+ months): Great Council Summit in El Salvador.
• Phase 6: Ledego Lights Eternal (tokenization of ULOs and international distribution).
The locations serve as milestones in the “hero’s journey”:
• Germany is considered the grey port.
• Switzerland (Zug, Crypto Valley) will be the secure anchor and home port for the legal DAO structure.
• El Salvador will be the open sea and ocean of freedom, where the project establishes itself as its political home.
El Salvador is the first country to adopt Bitcoin. It offers 0% tax and duties on intellectual property, software, and equipment. Furthermore, President Nayib Bukele is explicitly calling on artists, scientists, and visionaries to come to the country. El Salvador will also host the Great Council Summit during Phase 5.
The founder is Sandro Walter Saar. He emphasizes that he is real, the project is genuine, and he is not an anonymous PFP founder. He operates from a real loft to ensure maximum transparency.
Ledego Lights (Unusual Light Objects) are Blockshark’s second pillar. These are extravagant LED sculptures (“light instead of pixels, artifacts instead of JPGs”). The DAO plans to tokenize these objects in Phase 6. Each physical artwork will receive a blockchain certificate. Production is planned as a cottage industry in El Salvador to make a social contribution.
• Soulbound NFTs (Soulbounds): These are the Founder Seats (Council of 300) and the Community Identities (Shark Tribe). They are not for sale and are non-transferable, as they represent identity and a lifelong bond.
• Tradable Airdrops: Both Council Founders and Tribe Soulbound Holders each receive two additional tradable NFTs. These tradable NFTs enable monetization.
Imagine BlockShark DAO as the construction of a seaworthy vessel:
The Council of 300 is the initial crew – they have an inalienable seat on the bridge (Soulbound) and determine the course (Voting Rights). They have their share of the treasure (Revenue/Participation Compensation). The Shark Tribe is the fleet that follows – they give the project reach and bring specific talents (SharkWork Hub) to expand the movement. Germany was the narrow, bureaucratic port of construction; Switzerland is the shipyard where the vessel is legally made seaworthy. El Salvador is the open ocean, the ultimate destination where the vessel can sail freely.
